Nature's Veda grew from generations of Ayurvedic physicians and two new parents looking for care they could trust. Today we make gentle, ingredient-led Ayurvedic care for babies and new mothers, rooted in classical texts and made for everyday life.
Ayurveda has been in our family for generations.
Both my grandfathers were respected Ayurvedic physicians in Kerala. Growing up around their work, Ayurveda was never a trend for us. It was simply how a household took care of itself.
A finance career, a new baby, and a return to our roots.
Like many of my generation, I chose a different path: finance. I spent eight years in the family business learning how products are made and how a company is built. But sitting at a desk felt hollow, so I went back to the family clinics in Bangalore, booking appointments, speaking to patients and restocking shelves.
Then our son was born. His delicate skin needed extra care, and we couldn't find anything we fully trusted. My father, an Ayurvedic physician, had always spoken of a classical ten-flower oil used in infant care. With his guidance and a team of Ayurvedic doctors, we made it ourselves, exactly as the texts describe. That oil became our first product, and Nature's Veda began.
While I went deeper into the tradition, Parvathy kept our family going with her audit career. In 2024 she joined full-time and built the backbone of the company, from systems and processes to the culture we work by.
