To place an order on our site, you must be at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a legal guardian. You also confirm that the details you provide during purchase are accurate and complete.

4. Product Accuracy and Presentation
We do our best to ensure that the product descriptions, photos, and details on the website are correct. However, since our Ayurvedic products are handmade and naturally derived, minor variations may occur in scent, colour, or texture.
5. Pricing and Service Changes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We have the right to modify or terminate a product or service, as well as correct any pricing or product information inaccuracies, even after an order has been placed.
6. Order Process and Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Please check that your billing, shipping, and contact details are correct. If we notice suspicious or duplicate orders, we may pause or cancel them for security.
7. Shipping Policy
We currently ship only within India. Orders are normally shipped within three to seven working days. Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors like holidays, local restrictions, or courier issues.
8. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Just email us at Sales@aarshaveda.com with your order number. Cancelling after dispatch is no longer available.
9. Returns and Refunds
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, we’re here to help. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued when we inspect the returned item. Read our Refund Policy for details.
10. Customer Reviews and Feedback
Any suggestions, reviews, or comments you send us may be used to improve our services or shared with other customers—never with your full name unless we get your consent. We appreciate your input and love hearing from you.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, where Aarshaveda is registered.
