Refund & Return Policy

At Nature’s Veda, we pride ourselves on the excellence of our Ayurvedic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you, with our policies safeguarding both our customers and us.

Return Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.
  • It must be in its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
  • A valid order ID or invoice needs to be provided.

To request a return, please email us at Sales@aarshaveda.com with your order details and reason for return. Do not ship the product back without our confirmation, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.
  • In most circumstances, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email Sales@aarshaveda.com with:

  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

After internal verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

In order to ensure hygienic and safety conditions, the below mentioned articles cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Personal care items (creams, oils, soaps, serums)
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional deals
  • Gift cards and bundled gift boxes

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please complete your return request first, and then place a new order separately.

Refund Timeline

  • Once we have received and examined your returned item, we will contact you by email with regard to approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to take effect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

We can only cancel orders prior to dispatch from our warehouse. Once dispatched, the order will not be cancellable.
To cancel, email Sales@aarshaveda.com immediately with your order ID. Subject to eligibility criteria, we will cancel and process a complete refund via your original payment method.
