For Skin: Warm a small amount between your palms and massage gently onto clean, dry skin using upward strokes, focusing on the abdomen and areas prone to stretch marks.
For Hair/Scalp: Massage directly into the scalp, leave on for at least 30 minutes, and rinse off with a mild shampoo.
